    Basic Membership: $100 base rate. Contact Enrollment for info.

    Core Membership: $200 base rate, $5 per employee over 5 FTE. Contact Enrollment for info.

    Enhanced Membership: $350 base rate, additional surcharge based on capacity/attendance. Contact Enrollment for info.
